Delivering a safe, effective and relaxing treatment to every client is our priority at A Remarkable Me. We strictly follow all CMTO mandated health and safety guidelines and Standards of Practice. 

Our Registered Massage Therapists have successfully completed the COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Fundamentals training.

 

On a regular basis, we continue to:  

1. Thoroughly screen each client online before initial contact.

2. Conduct a second in person screening upon initial contact.

3. Disinfect the entire massage table and face rest after every client.

4. Protect plush items such as pillows and heating pads with a vinyl covering, which is sanitized after every use.

5. Change sheets and face rest covers after every client.

6. Wash hands before and after every client.

7. Monitor our health and the health of our family members, while informing each client if there is a change to our health status.

8. Inform clients if one of our therapists might have come in contact with someone who has the virus.

We also ask that

• if a client has been in contact with anyone who has the COVID-19 virus or

• are aware that they have been in 3rd party contact with the COVID-19 virus, or

• have been in a large close contact gathering or

• travelled within the last 14 days or

• if they aren't feeling well (cough, fever etc)

clients kindly reschedule their next massage appointment for at least 14 days after any of the above.

 

There will be no fees associated to last minute cancellations at this time.
