My passion for healing began in 2001, when I learned that God created the human body to possess an enormous, astonishing, and persistent capacity to heal itself in the absence of disease. 

 

Disease generally occurs when an excessive number of free radicals is in the body's cells.  Factors that increase production of free radicals in our cells include: inflammation, infection and extreme stress.

Massage Therapy works directly to alter the body's nervous system, calming the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight division) and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (craniosacral division).

​

In addition to my passion for healing and my knowledge of the human body's ability, I possess 13 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. Over the years I have been able to care for, and in turn positively affect the lives of many through massage therapy, from children to the elderly; and from the not so active to the very active.  I have worked with paralympians, blue collar workers and executives alike.

 

I enjoy massage therapy, as well as connecting with people.
